Through the Wardlaw Institute, this 5 session leadership training/professional development course is offered by the Spartanburg Academic Movement.
No prerequisite training or experience required.
Through focused classroom training, one-on-one coaching and support for outcomes-based work participants complete a Continuous Improvement project relative to their own work environment. Participants should be working in a field benefiting children and youth, specifically related to improving identified Cradle to Career priorities tracked through the Spartanburg Academic Movement.
Appropriate for non-profit and agency leaders as well as school district leaders, this training provides an in-depth understanding of the Science of Improvement through practical experience applying change management, equity, and adaptive leadership principles to a project specific to your work environment.
Training is free to all participants but participants must commit to attending all sessions and actively participate in coaching and project work.
