Doing Business Better: Harassment in the Workplace
With today’s social climate, organizations are taking steps to help prevent harassment in the workplace and educate their employees on acceptable behaviors. The main objective of this training is to increase employee awareness on harassment in the workplace, how it can be prevented, and what to do if, despite our best efforts, it occurs in the organization. This training discusses diversity and harassment, discusses policy against harassment, procedures for dealing with harassment, and how to be more sensitive to co-worker’s feelings in the workplace.
