About the Workshop
The U.S. Department of Labor has redefined the rules that determine who is entitled to overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week. It is the biggest change to the Fair Labor Standards Act in more than a decade. Businesses must comply by December 1, 2016.
Learn more about how to make your business compliant with the new rules and avoid overtime violations. This Doing Business Better workshop will be led by labor and employment attorneys Wade Ballard and Grant Close of Ford Harrison, LLP.
