The Spartanburg Academic Movement (SAM) invites you to learn more about issues lying at the center of Spartanburg County educational success.
Who: Suitable for community, civic, church, student, educator and neighborhood individuals or groups, board meetings and philanthropy boards, the C2C Experience for groups is a simulation activity that personally connects participants to equity issues lying at the center of Spartanburg County education.
What: Learn the latest achievement statistics for Spartanburg County students, while gaining valuable insight into drivers for those statistics – ones that often impact students from all communities and backgrounds.
Goal: Participants learn about factors impacting success along the C2C continuum, opportunities for community engagement, and impact of strategic resource alignment.
When: 10 AM, October 24, 2019
Time Commitment: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Cost: Free for Spartanburg County groups and residents
Location: Spartanburg Community College’s Community Room #115 in the Health Sciences Building.
