Johnson Innovation Speaker Series

Topic:
"Entrepreneurial Innovation: Where It Comes From and How To Find It"

Speaker:
Nicholas Glover, Sr.
CEO, PEC360

Nicholas Glover is a serial innovator and entrepreneur and is best known for his role as President/CEO of Whittle Communications where he orchestrated the growth of the company from a small publishing firm to the most innovative media company in the U.S. Under his leadership, the company created Channel One (where Anderson Cooper got his start), and Medical News Network which later morphed into what we know now as WebMD.

After leaving Whittle, Glover focused on venture capital as both an investor and as a consultant to startup and small companies seeking capital and management expertise. In 2012, Glover joined PEC360 founder Chris Brunson to launch PEC360.com, a technology platform that helps healthcare organizations identify, manage and engage patients by establishing Patient Engagement Centers. Glover’s business works with major healthcare providers like Spartanburg Regional Hospital System to deliver timely, coordinated care.
