Fields designs, implements, and coaches others to successful organization-wide changes at local family businesses and Global 500 companies.  He is a consensus-building leader that can work globally with all levels and functions of the organization.  His interest in organizational transformation resulted in his book Visionaries, Builders, and Maintainers about the way people interact and respond to change.
 
Johannes Mutzke  has extensive training in design thinking via course work and coaching from Stanford University’s design thinking institute. In addition to leading startup teams and being an executive consultant/strategist in a Global 500 company, he enjoys serving people in all walks of life through individual and group coaching, speaking & writing, as well as leading community outreach efforts.
