Hubbard Smalls is currently Associate Professor of law and accounting at the University of South Carolina Upstate and the former dean and tenured professor of accounting for the Tyrone Adam Burroughs School of Business and Economics. Attorney Smalls has over 20 years of extensive corporate and higher education experience with emphasis in the areas of business and commercial law, accounting, and taxation.
