To help fill the gap, the Upstate SC Alliance, with support from the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce, Greenville Chamber, Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce, and Ten at the Top, built a website that illustrates the vibrant quality of life and career opportunities within the Upstate.
