Harold Chandler is Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Milliken & Company, headquartered in
Spartanburg, South Carolina. Milliken is a leading, privately-held, technology-based company with businesses in the performance material, floor covering and chemical markets. Mr. Chandler has served on the Board since 2002 and as the non-executive Chair of the Board from 2001 until 2016, when he was elected executive Chair, President & CEO.

Men:
Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket at all times in all areas of the club. Ties are suggested, but not required.
Women:
Suit (including business pantsuit), dress or blazer with skirt or tailored slacks, tailored pants with a blouse or sweater.
Prohibited:
T-Shirts, sweatshirts, or other shirt without collar; athletic attire, tennis shoes, shorts, jeans (regardless of value), denim jackets, untucked shirts, and baseball caps.
A native South Carolinian and product of a textile family, Mr. Chandler received a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Wofford College and an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, and he attended the Harvard Business School, Advanced Management Program. Mr. Chandler is the retired Chairman, President and CEO of Unum Group Corporation, a publicly traded global employee benefits provider. He was previously President of the Citizens and Southern National Bank of South Carolina, a predecessor company of the Bank of America. He is also a former Chairman of the Board of Wofford College.
