About the Speaker

Chip Felkel is a veteran political and public affairs strategist, as well as an entrepreneur, who advises corporate decision-makers, issue-based campaigns and select political candidates at the state and national level.

In his role as CEO of Felkel Group, Chip provides strategic counsel and guidance on state and federal policy issues working with Fortune 500’s and privately held companies, as well as state and national advocacy groups. Felkel is the creator of RAP Index, the “authentic advocacy” software solution used today by numerous associations and corporations as an effective and efficient approach to uncover high-quality relationships with key policy makers at the local, state and federal level.

Felkel viewpoint is sought regularly by state and national media outlets. Locally, he serves as WYFF’s Political Analyst and is often called on by a wide range of organizations ranging from the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Politico, CNN and RealClearPolitics.com.  Chip Felkel is a native of the Palmetto State and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he serves as chairman of the Board of Visitors. He resides in Greenville with his family.
