In this session, Wells Fargo Economist Tim Quinlan, a long-time friend of the Spartanburg Chamber, will discuss the latest developments with the Coronavirus and will also unpack the various measures taken by the Federal Reserve as well as the fiscal policy relief from Congress which together should help ensure that although downturn will be sharp, there is a solid case for why things should turn around more quickly than they might in a normal recession.
