About Us

Our was started in January, 2018 by Dorman High School graduate and Spartanburg native, Faiyaz Dossaji, and United States Marine Corps Veteran, Mike Morrell in Fort Mill, SC to serve the Greater Charlotte Area market. During this time, we’ve been laser-focused on helping our clients to achieve their real estate goals while providing superior customer service and results. This approach has allowed us to experience exponential growth during these 3+ years, selling over 500 homes and amassing thousands of raving Carolinas Dream Team fans.

In April of 2021, the dream team had an opportunity to bring Chris Hill, another of Spartanburg County’s own, into the fold to expand into the upstate market. Chris comes to real estate after successful career in educational sales and sales management and brings a rare business acumen, shrewd negotiating experience, and genuine interest in helping people to achieve their goals that has allowed him to help his sellers to sell faster and for more money, and his buyers to find the perfect home for the absolute best deal. We’re excited for the opportunity to bring our award winning systems and forward-thinking approach in real estate to Greenville-Spartanburg.
